Arabs
Arabs are a group of peoples of the Semitic ethnolinguistic group populating the states of the Near East and the Northern Africa.
Language
The Arabic language belongs to the Southern subgroup of the Western Semitic group of the Afrasian family. The writing system is based on the Arab alphabet.
Dispersion
The largest number of Arabs lives in Moscow.
Ethnic groups
There are three main groups of Arabs: nomad cattle breeders (bedouins), agricultural workers living in villages (fellahs), inhabitants of villages and city residents.
