Yugh people
Yugh (self-designation Yughyn, Yughan, obsolete designation Dyukans, Ostyaks, also Sym Ostyaks, Sym Kets) are a native small-numbered people living in the middle reaches of Yenisey.
Language
Their language belongs to the Yenisey language family and is close to the Ket language. It is on the edge of disappearing.
Dispersion
They traditionally inhabit the Turukhan region of the Krasnoyarsk territory.
Traditional occupations
Hunting and fishing.
Dwellings
Conical chum with birch bark tiski cover cloths, semi-dugout with a wooden frame covered with earth.
Food
Meat, fish, wild plants and roots, later flour scones.
