International airport Kaluga (Grabtsevo) named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky, built in 1970, was closed in 2001. Re-commissioned after the extensive reconstruction in 2015. Consists of two passenger terminals serving domestic and international flights. The capacity of the terminal is up to 100 people per hour.
