Port of Ust-Luga is the multipurpose port in the Baltic, began its operations in 2001. Today it is the second largest port in Russia in terms of turnover after Novorossiysk and the first in the Baltic Sea. Recently, the development of the port has led to the replacement of freight traffic through the Baltic countries.
