The Port Of Sabetta
Port of Sabetta was built as part of the Yamal LNG project on the Yamal Peninsula far beyond the Arctic Circle on the shore of the Ob Bay. The port is one of the largest in the Arctic and provides the shipment of liquefied natural gas along the Northern Sea Route both to the west - to Europe and the east coast of the United States, and to the east - to the Pacific region, as well as provides year-round navigation along the Northern Sea Route.
