Seaport Olya - located in the village of Olya, Limansky district, Astrakhan region. The port is located in the Volga delta, on the right bank of the Bakhtemir branch. It is the largest Russian seaport on the Caspian Sea. Port Olya is the universal port for the transshipment of general, container and ferry cargo and occupies the key position at the intersection of a promising transport flow connecting the countries of Europe with the Middle East and India, and the transport corridor providing access to Kazakhstan, China, countries of Central Asia, as well as to Europe.
