The Power of Siberia gas pipeline
The Power of Siberia gas pipeline is the main gas pipeline to China, opened on December 2, 2019. The gas pipeline provides gas supplies within the largest gas contract in the history concluded between Russia and China on May 21, 2014. In addition, part of the gas pipeline's capacities is used to supply gas to adjacent Russian regions. The project is called the world's largest pipeline transport construction and is estimated at 1.1 trillion rubles. Construction of the second and third stages of the gas pipeline is planned.
